New Angle
I'd like to get more serious about losing weight and getting somewhere closer to "Not Obese" In an effort to do so, I'm going to keep a food journal, here. I might update with other things from my day to day, but we'll see how this works out.
Breakfast:
1 Banana Nut Muffin
Lunch:
Grilled Chicken Sandwich
-Tomato
-a little ranch
-a little chipotle mayo
Apple

Dinner:
Apple
Governors Beef (Imperial Garden)
Looks like I'll have to cut out the muffins and get out of bed earlier to eat cereal and/or oatmeal.
